Notes: This truck was the original high boy. Between 67 and 77.5, there were 3 combinations of motor/transfer case options. The early trucks used the big block 360/390 motor along with a divorced transfer case. Some 77 trucks had the later model 351/400M motors with the divorced transfer case and then the 77.5 had the 351/400M with the joined transfer case.

The truck rode better and had better suspension travel. These trucks had so many different combinations of stock springs that ride height varies drastically. Ride height may vary from the advertised amount of lift in some suspension kits.
